1. About Psychospace

Psychospace is an AI-assisted harm reduction tool designed to provide factual, evidence-based information about psychoactive substances. Our goal is to help you make safer, more informed decisions. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Psychospace. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.

You may only create one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being used to abuse the service or circumvent usage limits.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Psychospace to:

• Seek help sourcing, purchasing, or distributing controlled substances
• Harass, threaten, or harm other people
• Attempt to extract, scrape, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models or knowledge base
• Circumvent usage limits through automation, multiple accounts, or other means
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

5. Usage Limits

Free accounts are currently limited to 3 messages per day, resetting at midnight UTC. We may adjust these limits at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

6. Content and Accuracy

Psychospace draws on curated reference material and live web search to ground its answers. We strive for accuracy, but AI systems can make mistakes. Do not rely solely on information from Psychospace when making decisions about your health or safety.

Information about substances, dosages, and interactions changes as research evolves. Always cross-reference important information with up-to-date sources and seek professional guidance when in doubt.

7. Intellectual Property

The Psychospace platform, branding, and underlying software are owned by us. Content sourced from PsychonautWiki is used under their respective licences. Your conversation history belongs to you and can be deleted at any time from within the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

Psychospace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including any harm resulting from decisions made based on information received through the platform.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these terms, with or without notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Psychospace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
